attended a summer kick-off breakfast,
"Consider Yourself Asked", at Cordaro's Restaurant to help
celebrate the 90th Anniversary
of the Wayne Pike Chapter. Many thanks to our devoted volunteers for
all their time and continued support.

Cross volunteer opportunities:
The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and people, guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disasters and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.
The following is a list of typical Red Cross volunteer opportunities for your consideration:

Health and Safety Instructor:
Teaches lifesaving classes in CPR, first aid, water safety, babysitter's
training, and lifeguarding.

Blood Mobile Worker:
Positions available include greeters, appointment managers, escorts, and canteen
workers for local blood drives..

Clerical:
Assists in general office work.

Special Projects:
Assists with duties regarding fundraising and
special events.
